A: No. Someone has discovered your Secret, but it has not been revealed for all the world to see (yes, even if they’re the only other player!) Now, they might try to force your hand, as it were, perhaps choose to Accuse you (with J’Accuse!) or otherwise manipulate play such that you have to play or discard it. Trading Hands with you would also cause it to be revealed, for example.

This is pretty much the same as what happens if someone sees it because of Search Warrant.
