Q: If we’re playing with Plush Players, and Goal Mill is out, can the Plushie’s Primary Human Companion help them pick some Goals out of their hand to Mill?

A: No. The Plushie’s hand is kept private, even from their Primary Human Companion (PHC). It’s true, they aren’t very good at deciding whether they want to dump a Goal or two, but their PHC would never be so rude as to look at their hand (that would be cheating!) so Plushies just never seem to feel confident enough about it to take advantage of Goal Mill. It is optional, after all.

Now, it could happen that the PHC helps the Plushie play, and it turns out to be a Goal, and, once revealed, the PHC could helpfully suggest that the Plushie could “Mill” that one Goal, but that would be the only one. If the next card is a Goal, they can’t “Mill” that one too, since they’ve already used that Free Action for their turn.
