A: Both Captain Jack Harkness (from Doctor Who) and Skips (from Regular Show) are immortal; they can’t be killed. If you try to, nothing happens, and the Action is wasted. They could change ownership, of course… but if you have something that lets you target a Keeper to be discarded, probably better to use it against a different card.
