A: If a Creeper is shown on the Goal, it will not prevent the win, but if the person in question has any Creepers NOT shown on the Goal they’re trying to win with, then those excess unrelated Creepers will prevent the win. It doesn’t matter if you have more of those shown than the minimum – as long as they’re all shown.
