A: There aren’t any versions of Fluxx that have both Ungoals and the New Rule Personal Goal (AKA Bucket List). However, if someone was mixing Fluxx decks (if you must mix Fluxx decks, please do so responsibly, kids…) and the situation arose, please know that Ungoals may not be used as Personal Goals.

Ungoals did already exist when Personal Goal was created, and, if we had meant one to be able to select a Goal OR an Ungoal, we would have said so explicitly.
