A: No. Unfortunately, you can’t choose to play the Creepers last. As Creepers they are never really held in your hand (not even your temporary hand). You have to play them immediately, as usual, as described here.
The exception to this is Fizzbin. Since you don’t get to look at the cards in your temporary hand, you don’t know which ones are Creepers so you can’t play them first. On the other hand, you don’t get to choose the order you play any of the cards in, and when the Creepers come up, you don’t get to redraw for them. Maybe you’ll win before a Creeper comes up, and maybe you won’t.
There are a couple of others that specify that you don’t redraw for Creepers. Here’s the full list:
Action: Fizzbin (Star Trek (TOS))
Meta Rule: 5-Card Mission (DS9, Lower Decks, Bridge Pack)
Rule: Goal Bonanza (Remixx, Astronomy, More Packs)
(Note that, while the expansion card It’s a Quest is otherwise almost equivalent to Goal Bonanza, it specifies that you don’t have to count Creepers when you are drawing cards for the Free Action. While the wording is odd, this just means that you DO get to redraw for Creepers as usual).
