Q: In Looney Dejarik, what happens if one player uses their 3-point Ghost, and then the other player uses their 1-point Ghost to do the whole fight over again?
…Is the 3-point Ghost squandered, or does it get to fight in the rematch?
A: Yes. Doing the whole fight over includes any Force Ghosts who fought in the fight originally.
Q: In Looney Dejarik, the rules mention that a player may end up rolling “as many as three times” for combat, but what about Force Ghosts?
A: When we wrote that a player might roll “as many as three times” we did not count potential Force Ghost rolls, since Force Ghosts are meant to be invoked after all rolls of a battle are completed, to potentially change the outcome. (Wouldn’t want to waste your Force Ghost if it wasn’t necessary!)
Q: In Looney Dejarik, what do you do to break a stalemate when neither player wants to attack because they are both at a disadvantage to do so?
A: At some point, one of you just has to take a chance. After all, it is a dice game. It’s all about chance. That said, if both players are too risk-averse to initiate an attack, we suggest rolling one Chance Cube, and the player whose color is shown must attack. Or just accept it as a draw and have a rematch.
